Dr Aarti Anhal is a resilience coach, advisor and mentor, who helps her clients succeed during the good times and periods of adversity, crisis and change. She runs ” Before Nine”, a consultancy on a mission to redefine resilience, by putting people first. Through her work, Aarti helps organisations to future-proof their performance by combining personal wellbeing, resilience and agility with organisational resilience.
Formerly a Director at Crisis Solutions and Partner at 4C Strategies, Aarti has spent the last ten years equipping operational teams and executives with the skills and tools they need to build their resilience capabilities and succeed in today’s complex environment. Areas of expertise include: Personal Resilience, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Incident & Crisis Management (ICM), Positive Psychology and Organisational Resilience.
She started her career at RAND Europe helping UK government and businesses develop their early thinking on cyber-security before moving on to Olive Group, where she provided security consultancy to multinationals operating in high-risk environments including Iraq and Afghanistan. She has an LLB/Maitrise in English & French Law at King’s College London and the Université de Paris I (Sorbonne), MA in International Peace and Security; and, a PhD in International Studies from the University of Cambridge. She is due to start an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at UEL in September 2018.

Member Package 2: £475 20th to 22nd March 2019
Includes 1.5 days conference, buffet dinner on 1st night, gala dinner and two nights’ accommodation on the nights of Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st March.
If you book by 18th January 2019 the cost will be £450
